Alpine skiing is an activity that is recognized as a "lifetime sport". Fouded in 2004 in the city of Bansko, the Misson Statement for the organization reads as follows;

• Provide high quality programs to develop personal, physical and mental awareness through the joy of Alpine Skiing.
• Encourage personal growth and develop individual potential.
• Graduate ski racers for National Teams.

Ulen Ski Team is committed to delivering a first class product. Whether it be in the form of "Entry Level" to promote athlete/skill development and fun or its "Elite" team program - designed to bring athletes to an international caliber.

The team is comprised of 24 athletes, both male and female who have been identified as some of the most talented racers in the region. The athletes range from ages 10-15 as Ulen Ski Team endeavors to maintain 6:1 athlete/coach ratio guaranteeing a quality learning experience for each child. The team is named in early May of every year and the "Elite" team program begins to prepare for the up-coming season. Each team member participates in a physical training program that will take them through their two on-snow training camps in Austria and a dryland camp at the Black Sea throughout the preparation phase (May-Novemeber).

The coaching staff are group of professionals, who have been involved in the sport for many years. They are governed by an Alpine Program Director who has an extensive international coaching and managing experience for over 25 years.

We are based at Pirin Mountain because it offers the best training and racing ski conditions in Bulgaria, suitable terrain, excellent snow, easy access and reasonable cost.
